George Godlin

George Godlin is Vice President and Senior Analyst in the Corporate Finance Group of Moody's Investors Corporation. As Moody's primary airline analyst, he is responsible for managing issuer relationships, writing research reports on individual airlines, and providing research relating to significant trends and events in the airline industry.

Prior to joining Moody's, Mr. Godlin monitored the credit quality of the portfolio of Verizon Capital Corp., a finance subsidiary of Verizon Communications involved in the financing and leasing of assets to the transportation, power, commercial real estate and telecommunications industries. Mr. Godlin has held positions with the transportation finance units of Citicorp North America, General Electric Capital Corporation, and The Sumitomo Bank, Limited.

Mr. Godlin earned his bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Connecticut and master's degree in business administration from the Stern School of Business at New York University with a concentration in finance and international business. He also holds a Juris Doctor degree from Western New England School of Law.
