IHST Offers New HUMS Toolkit

The International Helicopter Safety Team (IHST) has released a new Health and Usage Monitoring Systems (HUMS) program toolkit last week.

HUMS programs help by allowing operators to monitor the health of aircraft components. IHST said the toolkit is a free manual available for helicopter operators that are currently implementing a HUMS program or a condition-based maintenance program.
