Tests Demonstrate WNW on AH-64 Apache

During the C4ISR OTM Event 09, which ran through the summer and wrapped up in September, Boeing demoed its wideband networking waveform (WNW) on an AH-64 Apache helicopter. The display at Fort Dix, N.J. involved a large-scale exercise in which the U.S. Army’s Future Force concept was tested using Joint Tactical Radio System (JTRS) surrogate radios.
