Northrop Grumman Opens Aircraft Integration Center

[Aviation Today April 16, 2014] Northrop Grumman announced its dedication of a  new Aircraft Integration Center of Excellence, a 368,000 square foot production facility in St. Augustine, Fla.

The new facility will provide additional hangar space and program management offices adjacent to the company's existing campus adjacent to the Northeast Florida Regional Airport. Northrop expects to complete construction on the new facility in early 2015. 
 

The aerospace and defense manufacturer's existing St. Augustine facility has been operational since 1980, and currently provides production for the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye,  EA-6B Prowler, C-2A Greyhound, A-6 Intruder, F-14 Tomcat, F-5 Tiger and E-2C Hawkeye aircraft.
