Eurocopter Sees Revenue Rise 18 Percent

Eurocopter delivered 381 new military and civil helicopters last year and had consolidated revenue of 3.8 billion euros ($4.93 billion). The revenue marked an 18-percent increase over 2005's level. The company reports it booked orders for 615 new aircraft worth 4.89 billion euros ($6.34 billion) in 2006, and its order backlog at the end of 2006 stood at a historical high of 11 billion euros $14.26 billion. 2006's orders included: 59 EC120
