CAE to Provide Training for Australia, New Zealand Air Force
CAE received three separate contracts, totaling $70 million, from the Royal New Zealand Air Force (RNZAF) and Australian Defense Force to provide simulation and flight training services.
Under the terms of one of the contracts, CAE will develop two MH-60R tactical operational flight trainers for the Royal Australian Navy, under the foreign military sales program of the U.S. Navy. The Australian Defense Force contract calls for CAE to provide Hawker Beechcraft King Air 350 training for its pilots through 2018. For the RNZAF contract, CAE will provide comprehensive C-130 training and C-130 simulator instruction for RNZAF pilots at the Amsterdam Training Center.
