AgustaWestland Wins Apache IOS

The UK Ministry of Defence has awarded a 480-million-euro integrated operational support (IOS) contract to AgustaWestland. The agreement, which runs until March 2014, is part of the Apache Future Support Arrangements (FSA) requirement. Along with a team that includes Boeing, Lockheed Martin and Longbow Intl, AgustaWestland will seek to reduce through life costs for the MoD’s fleet of 67 Apache Mk1s.
