Rockwell Collins Acquires Display Provider

Rockwell Collins announced plans Friday to acquire SEOS, West Sussex, U.K., a supplier of visual display systems for commercial and military full flight simulators. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. After completion of the transaction, Rockwell Collins said SEOS will become part of the Simulation and Training Solutions organization. The transaction is expected to be completed in about 30 days and is subject to regulatory approvals.  “We are pleased to bring SEOS’ expertise and excellent customer affinity to Rockwell Collins.
