ST Engineering Subsidiary to Acquire Volant Aerospace
Singapore Technologies (ST Engineering) subsidiary Vision Technologies Aerospace Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire Burlington, Wash.-based aircraft interiors specialist. Volant Aerospace for $13 million.
ST Engineering plans to have Volant work closely with its global aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) network to offer “one-stop turnkey cabin retrofit services.”
The transaction is expected to be complete by the end of December 2012.
