Podcast Focuses on MRO Supply Chain

Aviation Today has posted a new podcast, “Why Today’s MRO Environment Requires an On-Demand Supply Chain,” on its website. The podcast, which can be viewed for free, features an interview with George Zdravecky, vice president of Ebusiness solutions and product development for Inventory Locator Service (ILS), an aircraft parts supplier based in Memphis. Among the topics of discussion are trends that pose more headaches for MRO shops and regulators, the consequences of the MRO supply chain becoming more attenuated, tools available to help alleviate these issues, and what ILS does to make sure its customers are getting exactly what they need.
