Last F-111 Redelivered to Australia

Boeing has handed over the final F-111 A08-135 to the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) under the Deeper Maintenance program. A total of 28 aircraft were included in the life extension project. RAAF plans to retire the F-111 at the end of 2010, when 24 replacement Boeing F/A-18Fs are scheduled to enter service.
