Cessna CJ4 Gains FAA Type Certificate

FAA has issued a type certificate for Cessna Aircraft’s CJ4 business jet. The Wichita, Kan.-based manufacturer plans to begin deliveries of the $9-million aircraft in late 2010. It features Williams International FJ44-4A powerplants with FADEC, Rockwell Collins avionics and safety-related equipment such as TCAS, TAWS and ADS-B Out capability.
