CAAC Approves Gulfstream Beijing for Jet Maintenance

Gulfstream's aircraft service center in Beijing received authorization from Chinese authorities to perform maintenance on the company's business jets.

Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) granted the approval through a Joint Maintenance Management (JMM) agreement with the Civil Aviation Department of Hong Kong and the Civil Aviation Authority of Macau SAR. Gulfstream Beijing is now authorized to perform airframe, avionics and interior maintenance on G550, G450 and G200 business jets registered in Hong Kong and Macau. 
 
There are currently more than 45 Gulfstream jets registered in Hong Kong and Macau.
 

Gulfstream is looking to get the facility authorized to perform maintenance on its GV and GIV business jets as well.
