Rio Export Award Given to VEM

VEM Maintenance & Engineering has received the Rio Export 2008 award, which celebrates the top company that exported services to Portugal during 2007. VEM is a member of the Confederation of Industries in Rio de Janeiro (FIRJAN). The Department of Foreign Trade supplied the export data for the award, which is in its 11th edition. According to the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and FIRJAN, the award is given under a partnership involving the FIRJAN system, Banco do Brazil, SEBRAE/RJ and SECEX.
