TransAsia Airways Orders Six Airbus A321neos
Taiwan carrier TransAsia Airways placed a firm order for six Airbus A321neos.
The latest order adds to a purchase of six A321neo aircraft from the Paris Air Show in 2011, as the airline looks to expand its fleet of Airbus aircraft.
TransAsia Airways Chairman Vincent Lin also said the A321neos would allow his airline to minimize its environmental footprint.
“The A321neo is a perfect fit for our strategy to grow efficiently in both domestic and regional markets and is the ideal solution to our fleet needs,” said Lin.
