Raising the Aviation Safety Bar

A new training facility specializing aviation safety and airworthiness training will be opened this November by Baines Simmons. The Aviation Safety Academy, which will be based at Fairoaks Airport, will be the UK’s first dedicated training centre where aviation experts can immerse themselves in professional aviation learning. The £1/2 million Academy will feature two state-of-the-art class-rooms, as well as an on-site library, and it is the only independent facility of its kind in the UK aviation safety industry. It will offer a range of over 50 courses covering a broad spectrum of regulatory and safety management themes, from EASA regulations to Safety Management Systems. Each course is tailored to the specific needs of people in a range of roles, from logistics staff to quality auditors or aviation industry managing directors.
