Engine MRO Planned in Thailand

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) has reached an agreement with the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) to create a joint venture that will focus on gas turbine components that are exposed to high temperatures. Plans call for the new company, EGAT Diamond Services Co., to start operations in November, with a service facility opening targeted for 2012.
