Business Jet Center Expands Oakland Hangar

Business Jet Center’s (BJC) Oakland International Airport (OAK) hangar is undergoing a $5 million renovation that will bring its total designated hangar space at OAK to over 155,000 sq. ft., according to the company.

The Oakland, Calif.-based Fixed Base Operation (FBO) services provider offers jet fuel services, hangar storage and aircraft cleaning services at its OAK hangar.

“Demand for hangar space at our facility continues to outpace capacity,” said David Mills, general manager of BJC at OAK. “In developing our master plan, we wanted to increase our available square footage to not only meet our present customers’ needs, but also be in position to accommodate future requests.”
