[Aviation Today April 24, 2014] Landmark Aviation announced a new agreement to acquire Ross Aviation's network of Fixed Based Operations (FBO) located throughout the United States.
The Texas-based FBO used investment funds from Centre Partners Management LLC for the acquisition, which is subject to closing conditions. Landmark expects to close the acquisition during the second half of 2014.
Ross, headquartered in Denver, Colo., has 20 locations in the U.S.
“We are very excited about this acquisition, as the high quality Ross network is complementary to ours, and will extend the Landmark network to key U.S. airports, allowing us to better serve our customers,” said Dan Bucaro, Landmark Aviation president and CEO.
The acquisition will increase Landmark's total footprint to 76 FBO locations worldwide.
