Joint Venture LBAS Continues On

Lufthansa Technik, Bombardier Aerospace and ExecuJet Aviation Group have decided to extend their joint venture, Lufthansa Bombardier Aviation Services (LBAS). The companies have agreed to modify the terms of the JV, which has been in existence for 12 years, but did not elaborate on the changes. LBAS, which is based at Berlin’s Schönefeld Airport, provides MRO services for Bombardier Challenger, Global and Learjet aircraft.
