Bombardier Plans European Service Center

Business jet maker Bombardier Aerospace has unveiled plans to establish a European aircraft service center at Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam. The facility, which will contain 4,240 square meters (45,640 square feet) of hangar space, is set to employ around 50 technicians. A range of light to heavy maintenance will be available for Challenger, Global and Learjet operators. Bombardier anticipates opening the site in early 2010.
