Reno Falcon Service Center Opens
Dassault Aircraft Services (DAS) has begun offering services at its new 40,000-square-foot MRO complex at Reno/Tahoe Intl Airport (RNO) in Nevada. The company recently received FAA certification to maintain Falcon 50, 900, 2000 and 7X aircraft at RNO. Avionics, engine and aircraft support, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and inspections up to B level will initially be available at the facility. Bob Candler, general manager, says that C-level inspections will eventually be offered. Plans call for a staff of more than 40. There will also be an aircraft on ground (AOG) team. Dassault has invested $1.3 million in tooling and ground support equipment at RNO.
