High Fuel Price Aids B7E7 Marketing, Places Pressure on A330-200 Residuals

The high price of fuel appears to be generating sufficient additional interest in the B7E7 to justify Boeing [BA] to forecast that as many as 500 B7E7s will be on order by the time the aircraft's first flight takes place in 2007. Should this expectation be fulfilled, there could be considerable consequences...
