West Star Aviation Installs EVS System

West Star Aviation, of Grand Junction, Colo., completed a successful flight test in October of a Challenger CL-604 aircraft equipped with a new fairing and enhanced vision system (EVS). The EVS system was manufactured by Elbit Systems of America; it includes an EVS-II and an AT-HUD. West Star, which installed the equipment, expects to receive FAA supplmemental type certification for the project in 30 days.
