McDonnell Douglas Wins Navy AESA Contract
McDonnell Douglas Corp., St. Louis, Mo., won a $38.5 million contract modification with the U.S. Navy for new spares to support the F/A-18 AN/APG-79 active electronically scanned array (AESA) radar. Work will be performed in El Segundo, Calif., and St. Louis and is expected to be completed by 2010.
