IS&S Names New CEO

Innovative Solutions & Support (IS&S), Exton, Pa., named Raymond J. Wilson as its new CEO. Wilson, who is currently on the company’s board of directors, will assume the CEO duties of company founder and current CEO and Chairman Geoffrey S.M. Hedrick over the next several months. The company said Hedrick will continue to serve as chairman, focusing his efforts on business strategies and product development. "During this period of robust growth, we will leverage Ray's leadership and complementary skill sets to great advantage," says Chairman Geoffrey S.M. Hedrick. "I feel fortunate to be able to tap Ray's extensive industry experience at Airbus and Westland." Prior to joining IS&S' board, Wilson served on the Executive Committee for Airbus S.A.S., where he was executive vice president for procurement. Prior to the formation of Airbus as a company, Wilson served as a managing director for Airbus U.K. He also served on the Airbus Executive Board.
