Electrocube Buys F-Dyne

Electrocube, Inc., Monrovia, Calif., acquired F-Dyne Electronics Corp. and its subsidiary, Southern Electronics, in a bid to enable Electrocube to expand its product offerings in electronic, industrial, military and aviation markets. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Electrocube, which makes precision capacitors and other passive components, says it is a supplier to Boeing, GE, Honeywell and the U.S. Navy. More
