DAE Selects Rockwell Collins

Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) has selected Rockwell Collins communication, navigation and surveillance systems to be offered as baseline equipment for 70 of its Airbus A320s. Delivery of the aircraft is scheduled from 2011 through 2015. The Rockwell Collins avionics will be offered as "baseline" when DAE leases an aircraft to an end-user airline. Specific end-user aircraft avionics configurations will vary depending on end-user preference, the company said.
