Boeing Completes Insitu Acquisition
Boeing completed its acquisition of Insitu, Bingen, Wash., a manufacturer of unmanned air systems. The acquisition, which was announced in July, is part of a plan to increase Boeing’s presence in the unmanned systems market, the company said. Insitu will be a separate subsidiary under Boeing Integrated Defense Systems' Military Aircraft unit. For related news
