CAE Inks Simulator Deal

CAE signed a $44.4 million deal to provide four Boeing and Airbus simulators to Flight Simulation Co. (FCS). As part of the deal, FSC also acquired a CAE-built Dornier 328 simulator. CAE, based in Montreal, said the contract to provide two Airbus A320 and two Boeing 737NG Level D full-flight simulators (FFS), brings the total new FFS sales that CAE has announced in fiscal 2007 to 24. The simulators will be equipped with the CAE Tropos visual system and CAE electric motion systems. CAE will deliver all simulators to FSC during the second half of 2007. With this contract, FSC, a training center based at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, has ordered seven Level D full-flight simulators. More
