Bizjet Demand Drives ARINC Expansion

ARINC Direct said it will double the size of its aircraft service facilities
in Scottsdale, Ariz., and add new maintenance and integration capabilities
for business jets. The company said construction is under way to increase the hangar space from 20,000 to 40,000 square feet. Another 7,000 square feet of back shop and office space also will be added. The expansion is scheduled to be completed next March. ”Our demand for service work from regional and national customers has grown exponentially,” said Wayne Turnquist, director of aircraft services. “We are rising to meet that need as quickly as possible.” More
