Air Arabia Selects Rockwell Collins Avionics

Rockwell Collins was selected by Air Arabia to provide a package of communication, navigation and surveillance avionics for 59 new Airbus A320s. Deliveries of these aircraft are scheduled to begin in 2009. The package selected includes the WXR-2100 MultiScan Hazard Detection System, the GLU-920 Multi-Mode Receiver, the ADF-900 Automatic Direction Finder, DME-900 Distance Measuring Equipment, HFS-900D High Frequency Data Radio, TPR-901 Mode S Transponder, TTR-921 Traffic Alert and Collision Avoidance System, TRE-920 Directional Antenna and Data Link.
