Max-Viz, Inc., provider of Enhanced Vision Systems (EVS) for business aviation fixed and rotary wing aircraft has teamed with Forward. Vision., provider of forward looking infrared systems for the general aviation fleet, to deploy this technology to general aviation. Max-Viz says it has migrated the performance of its high performance jet and commercial rotor wing EVS infrared technology into a smaller, lighter system, the EVS-100, suitable for installation on piston powered and light turboprop aircraft operating below FL280.
