Thales Opens Research Center in Canada

Thales has opened its fifth Thales Research & Technology Center (TRT) at the Parc du Technologique in Quebec City, its first R&D facility in North America.

The new facility will focus on research for cybersecurity, information fusion with smart networks, cognitive sciences, social media analysis and optimization algorithms, the company said.

Thales has TRT facilities in France, the Netherlands, Singapore and the United Kingdom. More
