Thomson-CSF Sextant announced the appointment of François Quentin as its chief executive officer. In addition, Gerald Charland was named vice president of strategy and business development for regional and business aircraft for Thomson-CSF Sextant Canada, Montreal Canada. Quentin joined Thomson-CSF in 1977 and has held a series of management positions within the company, most recently as senior executive vice president of Sextant.
