Condor Engineering, Schuh, Vice President

Richard Schuh has joined Condor Engineering as vice president, strategic business development. He is responsible for strategic growth initiatives and development of customer accounts and programs. NovAtel Inc., Vaughn, President and CEO

NovAtel Chairman Jim Close recently announced the appointment of David Vaughn as the company’s president and chief executive officer. Vaughn formerly was senior vice president and chief operations officer at Magellan Corp., and he held a senior position with Trimble Navigation Ltd., Vaughn comes to NovAtel with 10 years experience in the Global Position System industry. BAE Systems, Katkic, Clark, VPs

BAE Systems appointed three people to key positions in its Information & Electronic Systems Integration Sector: Edward A. Katkic is vice president, strategic planning; Paul Clark is vice president of the sector’s C-130 avionics modernization program; and Randal E. Morger is communications vice president. The new sector, headed by Galen Ho, was created when the former Lockheed Martin Aerospace Electronics Systems segment was sold to BAE Systems North America last November. Thales Group, McInnes, VP and CFO

Ross McInnes succeeds Alain Hagelauer as senior vice president and chief financial officer of the Thales Group. McInnes joined Thales last September as deputy chief financial officer. Mid-Continent Instruments, New Appointments

Rockwell Collins, New Appointments

Rockwell Collins announced the following appointments: Scott R. Gunnufson as vice president, business operations; Mark T. Harris as vice president, maintenance operations; Thomas W. Martino as vice president, program management, Passenger Systems; and Linda S. Snow-Solum as director, navigation systems engineering. Harris replaces Kent L. Avidyne Corp., New Appointments

Avidyne Corp. announced the appointment of Jim Zanino as Eastern regional sales manager, and the addition of Jamie Luster as an inside sales representative at its Massachusetts headquarters. Zanino, who joined Avidyne in 1999 as an inside sales representative, will now assist all installation centers and premier centers in the Eastern region. BFGoodrich-JcAIR, Windham, Marketing Rep
