L-3 Communications: Didier, VP-Business Development

L-3 Communications Display Systems named David Didier vice president-business development. Didier was one of the founders of Avionic Displays Corp. whose military business was acquired by L-3 Communications in 1999. He has held previous management positions with Lockheed Martin and Boeing. Kyle Hultquist was appointed vice president of communications for Honeywell’s Aerospace Electronic Systems. He replaced Eldon Kramer, who retired after more than 30 years of service to the company. After seven years as director general of Eurocontrol, Yves Lambert has retired and has been replaced by Victor M. Aguado. During Lambert’s tenure, the number of Eurocontrol member states increased from 15 to 30.
