Vaughn, Chairman

Novatel Inc., based in Calgary, Canada, has announced the appointment of David Vaughn as chairman of the board of directors. Vaughn served as Novatel's president and chief executive officer from February 2001 to February 2002. Roser, Vice President

Steven Roser has joined Sanmina-SCI as vice president, business development, for the company's Defense and Aerospace Systems Division in Huntsville, Ala. Helicopter services provider, Keystone Helicopter Corp., West Chester, Pa., has promoted David Ford to the positions of president and chief operating officer.
