Davis, Del Boca

Northrop Grumman has appointed Chineta Davis as vice president, multirole electronically scanned array (MESA) programs for its Baltimore-based Electronic Systems sector. The company also has promoted Robert Del Boca to senior vice president and general manager of its Defensive Systems division, Rolling Meadows, Ill. Previously vice president of Northrop Grumman's Norden Systems unit in Norwalk, Conn., Davis will be responsible for MESA radar programs, including the Australian Wedgetail and Turkish Peace Eagle programs. Del Boca was formerly vice president of infrared countermeasures and laser systems. Kenneth Dahlberg

The board of directors of Los Angeles-based Teledyne Technologies has elected Kenneth Dahlberg as its newest member. He is chairman, chief executive officer and president of Science Applications International Corp. Robert Chedister

Germantown, Md.-based Proxy Aviation Systems has appointed Robert Chedister as vice president of operations. He will oversee the manufacturing, final integration and test operations of Proxy's unmanned aircraft systems. Chedister retired from the U.S. Air Force, last serving as program executive officer for weapons and commander of the Air Armament Center, Air Force Material Command at Eglin AFB in Florida. Frank Jehle

Dean Morgan

Aftermarket services provider Kellstrom Industries, Miramar, Fla., has named Dean Morgan as vice president of new business development and distribution. He comes from San Diego-based Willis Aeronautical Services, where he was vice president of sales and marketing. Visit www.kellstrom.com.

Rob Maruster

Mike Edwards

Mike Edwards has become Stevens Aviation's program manager for Bombardier Learjet aircraft. He will manage avionics modifications, maintenance and interior work for all Learjets at the Donaldson Center Airport in Greenville, S.C. Connolly, Hollis

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University has named two new staff members. Thomas Connolly has taken over as the Daytona Beach chancellor, and Martha Hollis is the new director of distance learning. Paul Cummings

Brian Watkins

Tempe, Ariz.-based Landmark Aviation has promoted Brian Watkins to vice president of technology. He is responsible for all engineering activities and the development of new programs, including supplemental type certificates (STCs). Watkins was previously director of program management.
