Davis, Del Boca

Northrop Grumman has appointed Chineta Davis as vice president, multirole electronically scanned array (MESA) programs for its Baltimore-based Electronic Systems sector. The company also has promoted Robert Del Boca to senior vice president and general manager of its Defensive Systems division, Rolling Meadows, Ill. Previously vice president of Northrop Grumman's Norden Systems unit in Norwalk, Conn., Davis will be responsible for MESA radar programs, including the Australian Wedgetail and Turkish Peace Eagle programs. Del Boca was formerly vice president of infrared countermeasures and laser systems. Kenneth Dahlberg

The board of directors of Los Angeles-based Teledyne Technologies has elected Kenneth Dahlberg as its newest member. He is chairman, chief executive officer and president of Science Applications International Corp. Robert Chedister

Germantown, Md.-based Proxy Aviation Systems has appointed Robert Chedister as vice president of operations. He will oversee the manufacturing, final integration and test operations of Proxy's unmanned aircraft systems. Chedister retired from the U.S. Air Force, last serving as program executive officer for weapons and commander of the Air Armament Center, Air Force Material Command at Eglin AFB in Florida.
