Rockwell Collins: Leadership Positions
Rockwell Collins has filled two new executive leadership positions as part of an organizational change in anticipation of its planned spin-off from Rockwell International Corp. Reporting to President and Chief Executive Officer Clayton M. Jones are: Robert M. Chiusano, executive vice president and chief operating officer, Government Systems, and Neal J. Keating, executive vice president and chief operating officer, Commercial Systems. Chiusano, a 22-year veteran of the company and former vice president and general manager of Rockwell Collins Government Systems, will lead all government systems businesses, including the international subsidiaries and the China Business Development office. Keating, former vice president and general manager of Collins' Passenger Systems, will be in charge of the Air Transport, Business and Regional and Passenger Systems markets. Avidyne Corp.: Lyford, VP-Program Management
Avidyne Corp. recently appointed Jon Lyford vice president of program management. He has 18 years of experience in aviation, most recently at Meggitt Avionics, where he was responsible for the development and certification of electronic instrument display systems. NATS: New Management
The Airline Group announced the appointment of Richard Everitt, the British Airport Association's group planning and compliance director, as National Air Traffic Services' (NATS') chief executive officer, replacing Sir Roy McNulty. The change was effective Jun. 1. Colin Chisholm also was named as NATS chief operating officer. The Airline Group and NATS formed a strategic partnership in late March. DY 4 Systems Inc.: Quinly, President
DY 4 Systems Inc., supplier of VME- and CompactPCI-based products, recently appointed a new president, Tom Quinly. He replaces Danny Oscada, who resigned after serving as the company's president and CEO for 12 years. Quinly previously has held management positions with Lockheed Martin, AlliedSignal Aerospace and Advanced Technology Laboratories.
