Omniflight Helicopters has selected MissionMode Solutions' Alert and Situation Center, a crisis management and emergency notification system, as its virtual command center and alert notification platform for both daily operations as well as for crisis and incident management and emergency notification.

With the MissionMode Alert and Situation Center, Omniflight believes it can ensure accurate responses to operational contingencies, incidents or emergencies.  By using MissionMode software, Omniflight can log events as they occur allowing for the synchronization of all activities and the proactive management of crisis response.

Omniflight intends to implement the MissionMode virtual command center and emergency notification system throughout their operations to comprehensively share real-time information, through daily event logs that support the organization's overall situational awareness.

All information that poses a potential trigger to an incident, or business disruption, is logged and shared amongst the critical people, functions and crisis management teams. This early sharing of information reduces the response and recovery times.
