NTSB Investigates Fatal Arkansas Crash

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) will release a preliminary report this week regarding the Nov. 10 single-engine crash near Perryville, Ark., that killed four, two of which were Oklahoma State University basketball coaches, officials said Tuesday.

Federal investigators have said that weather was not an issue for the two pilots, who were en route to Little Rock. Witnesses reported to the agency that there were clear skies with calm winds. NTSB said it could take a year or more to determine the probable cause.
