Lockheed Martin has selected ICF International, a leading provider of consulting services and technology solutions, to continue its support of the FAA's National Airspace System Integration Support Contract (NISC) III, which will enhance the safety of the existing National Airspace System (NAS) and in the development, planning and integration NextGen.
The contract has a term of four base years and two three-year option periods with an estimated total worth of more than $50 million, according to ICF, which announced the continuing partnership on May 31.
“We are very pleased to continue working with our partner Lockheed Martin under NISC III, supporting the FAA in its mission of providing the safest, most efficient aerospace system in the world,” said Lou Pack, ICF's senior vice president.
