NTSB has asked FAA for a Cessna 150/152 Rudder AD for inspection of rudder stop bumpers following discovery of an inadvertently installed inverted set that had allowed a full travel rudder jam (caused by overtravel and jamming behind the stop) during a spin, causing a fatal crash.
