Pilot In 2009 OK Chopper Crash Tested Positive For Meth
It is reported that a medical examiner in Tahlequah, OK has determined that a 26-year-old Robinson R-22 pilot had taken methamphetamine and the generic pain medication propoxyphene prior to a flight that crashed shortly after takeoff.
