Main Rotor Failure Eyed in Air Evac EMS Chopper Crash
It appears that an Air Evac EMS Bell 206L-1 (N37AE) crashed in Greensburg, IN Aug. 31 after its main rotor blades separated from the aircraft. The pilot, a flight nurse and a paramedic sustained fatal injuries. The flight had just departed Burney, IN for the aircraft's base located in Rushville, IN...
