FAA to Pay $4.5M in Torrance Chopper Crash Settlement
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has agreed to pay $4.5 million in damages to the lone survivor of a 2003 mid-air helicopter collision at Torrance Municipal Airport in California.
