NTSB Prelim On Neptune CFIT Crash

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has issued a preliminary report on the April 25, 2009 accident that took the lives of three firefighters aboard a Neptune Aviation Services Lockheed P-2V-7 fire fighting aircraft.
