Giving Pilots Unobstructed Views

Members of the 561st Aircraft Maintenance Squadron transparency shop at Robins AFB, GA has a "clear" mission: to ensure there are no blemishes in USAF Boeing F-15 Eagle canopies that could impact pilots' views. When the shop restores a canopy, it saves the USAF about $350,000 from buying a new one...
