Fuel Dumping Capability

Recall the JetBlue A320 that landed with a nosegear askew on Sept. 21 (see ASW, Sept. 26). The airplane circled almost three hours before landing, in large measure to burn off fuel to get the weight down for landing. It turns out that the airplane was not designed by Airbus with a fuel-dumping capability...
